accounting, auditing or financial reporting matter may contact the Chairman of our Audit Committee, Paul Brunswick, by calling or writing Wyrick, Robbins, Yates, & Ponton, LLP, whose function will be to keep a record of your concerns and complaints and to forward them to the Chairman and the Company's Internal Audit
